Hourly rate: £5

Daily rate: £44

Daily rate includes a lunchtime meal and morning and afternoon snacks. Snacks and/or lunch are also included for all children attending more than 3 hours per day.

I reserve the right to review my charges annually.

Funded childcare

I provide funded childcare for early years children eligible for 15 or 30 hours free childcare.

Funded hours can be claimed term-time only (38 weeks of the year) or 'stretched' across the 48 weeks of the year the setting is open.

There are no extra fees for accessing funded childcare and I do not charge a registration fee. Parents must sign a contract, confirm their eligibility for any funded hours and pay a deposit if using additional hours to secure a place for their child. 

Additional charges

Care outside of normal opening hours (ie. 7am- 5.30pm) is charged at £12 per hour.

Late collection – If you collect your child late, I will be entitled to charge an additional £3 for each extra 15 minutes (or part thereof) that I have to look after your child.

Late payment – I will be entitled to charge 10% per day calculated on sums remaining due and outstanding. I will also be entitled to suspend my care of your child until the amount due has been paid and/or terminate our contract.

Illness/Holidays

If I cannot care for your child due to my illness, illness in my home, my absence on holiday or an unforeseen problem, there will be no charge and any fees already paid will be refunded.

If your child is absent due to your child being ill, occasional periods where you do not need me to care for your child or your absence on holiday, full fees as above will be payable.

Contract Termination

The contract may be ended by either of us giving 4 weeks’ notice to the other in writing. If you give shorter notice than stipulated you will have to pay the fees to me that would be due for the remainder of the notice period.
